| | Born in Wooster, OH on Jan. 12, 1869. Coover studied in Paris with Delance, Callot, Waltner, and at Académie Delecluse in the 1890s. During 1908-14 she again lived in Paris. She then was active in Chicago until settling in Los Angeles in 1921. She also established a studio in Laguna Beach. Her specialties were dry point etchings and children subjects. Coover died in Los Angeles on Sept. 1, 1955. Member: Laguna Beach AA; Chicago Society of Etchers.
