Roy Huse Collins was from St. Paul, Minnesota; he lived in Chicago in the 1920s and 1930s.
Collins exhibited extensively, he showed at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1924-1925, 1927-1928, and 1930-1932. He also exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art in 1925 and 1931. Collins also occasionally worked as an illustrator.
Collins was a member of the Society of Illustrators and the Society of Independent Artists where he also exhibited in the 1920s.
