| Born in Talbert, CA on May 23, 1914. Chino was educated at the University of Southern California and was a pupil of Dan Lutz there. During the Depression he worked on the family farm in Chula Vista, CA. During the 1940s he worked in an architectural firm in Rochester, New York until 1949. Returning to southern California, he lived in Monrovia, CA until his demise on November 9, 2006.
Exhibited: Golden Gate International Exposition, 1939; California Watercolor Society, 1940.
