| William Addison Campbell was born in NYC on June 18, 1914. Campbell settled in San Francisco in the 1930s. After studying at the CSFA under Maurice Sterne, he was an instructor at the Art Center School (1938-42) and CCAC (1946). He died in San Francisco on July 10, 1985.
