Allan Douglas Davidson (1873-1932)
Born at Marylebone, London on 14 May 1873, son of Thomas Davidson [q.v.] and his wife Charlotte Douglas McHeath. He studied at St. John’s Wood and the Royal Academy Schools, being awarded a silver and bronze medals, and at Juliens, Paris. Figure and portrait painter and a teacher at London County Council, Central School of Arts and Crafts.
Exhibited at the Royal Society of British Artists 1905, Royal Miniature Society and the Ro (showing 500 of 1340 characters). |
