|  A native Californian, Barbara Dougherty originally studied art at the
University of California Davis. She subsequently graduated from
Empire State College in New York. She then studied under Frank M
Hamilton for three years.
Known for her agricultural landscapes in watercolor and tempera, she
has work in the collections of Wells Fargo Bank, Litton
Industries, and Sheraton Hotels USA.
