| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Feb. 3, 1883. Duncan studied at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute. He was sales manager at Foster & Kleiser Company in 1917 and manager at Strauss Engineering Corporation (builders of the Golden Gate Bridge) in 1935. A lifelong resident of his native city, he committed suicide on Nov. 26, 1955. He was the brother-in-law of artist Maynard Dixon. Member: Bohemian Club.
