| | Painter, etcher, pastelist, sculptor. Born in NYC on March 17, 1910. Dickey studied with Leon Kroll, Hans Hofmann, John Sloan, George Bridgman, and at AIC, NAD and ASL in NYC. Following his art studies, in 1935 he settled in San Diego where he was active on the Federal Art Project. He died in San Diego on Nov. 2, 1961. Member: Laguna Beach AA; Calif. WC Society.
