Earl I. Daniels, California painter of landscapes, seascapes, coastal scenes and still- lives, was born in New York City where he worked both as a commercial artist and jazz musician.
In the early 1940's he settled in Laguna Beach, California. It was here that he was very active as a painter of landscapes and seascapes. He spent many years teaching and lecturing the surrounding art community. He was a well known, and respected member of the Laguna Beach art community.
