| | Born in Cibiana, Italy on Jan. 27, 1894. De Zoro dei Cappeler studied in Germany, Italy, China, Japan, and at the Andhra Research University in India. He was an art commissioner in Santa Barbara in the 1930s and a resident there through the 1960s. His sculpture includes busts, figures, and reliefs.
