| Painter. Born in England on Sept. 5, 1855.
DeMaine was a resident of Rosedafe, CA in 1898 and studied at the San Francisco Institute of Art during 1907-08.
He was in Sumner, WA in 1914 and and Venice, CA by 1939. He died in the latter on March 16, 1942.
