Born 1959 in Krasnodar, in the south of Russia, he graduated in 1982 from the University of Krasnodar with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Darr served in the Soviet Army from 1982 to 1984, and continued his education at the Academie of Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Igor Darr participated in numerous national and international exhibitions. He became a member of Russian Union of Artist and was awarded a first prize three times in a row at the regional competition of artist of southern Russi (showing 500 of 930 characters). |
