| | Born in Minneapolis, MN on Nov. 19, 1894. Doupnik came to California in 1914 and settled in San Francisco. She studied at UC Berkeley, CSFA, and CCAC. Using a colorful palette, she painted bold, modern still lifes and landscapes. She died in San Francisco on Aug. 10, 1983.
