John Darby was born in the Texas Panhandle during the days of the
“Black Duster” at the end of the Depression. He holds a B.S.
degree in Education, and for more than a decade taught drafting.
In the early nineties, Darby focused on his new love of painting and
works in both oils and pastels. Already possessing an artistic
foundation with draftsmanship, he transitioned to fine art. His
skills rapidly progressed under the tutelage of artists including
Richard Al (showing 500 of 1483 characters). |
