| Studied at the State Teachers College in Superior, WI and the Univ. of Iowa. Earned a MA from the Univ. of Chicago and a PhD from Ohio State Univ. Taught art at Emporia State Univ. in 1935, at Iowa State Teachers College from 1939-45, at Western Univ. in Silver City, NM from 1945-46, at New Mexico Highlands Univ. in Las Vegas from 1946-53. Worked as arts and crafts specialist for the International Co-Operation Administration in Ethiopia from 1953-56. Was a professor of art at Montana (showing 500 of 1137 characters). |
