| Washington state artist Kay Moore Dewar creates realistic still life drawings using colored pencils.
In the 1980s Dewar studied with colored pencil artist, Bet Borgeson, who taught her numerous techniques for the medium. Kay Moore Dewar went on to be a signature and charter member of the Colored Pencil Society of America. She is also a member of the Women Painters of Washington.
As well as showing her work in exhibitions in Washington, Kay Moore Dewar's artwork has been published in the "Best of Colored Pencil 3", "Best of Colored Pencil 4" and the "Best of Colored Pencil 5" by Rockport Publishers, Massachusetts.
