| Louisa Scott DeVoe was born in New York in 1828. Louisa married Ben DeVoe in New York City in 1855 and then made the trek to San Francisco where she was active until her demise in 1900.
Exhibited: Mechanics' Institute (SF), 1857 (floral still life), 1877.
