| Born in Lake County, CA on March 3, 1875. By the 1890s Deming had settled in San Francisco. She studied at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute and continued in France. After her marriage to architect Lewis Hobart about 1906, she was inactive in the local art scene while raising a family. She died in San Francisco on June 29, 1945.
