Biography from AskART:
| An artist, teacher, and designer of residential homes, Mark Dodd lived in New York City until 1924, when he moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. In a small neighborhood called Driftwood on Tampa Bay, he designed 19 homes and presented a painting by him of each home to the respective owners.
He studied with Charles Hawthorne and Kenneth Hayes Miller and was enrolled in the Art Students League in New York and the St. Louis School of Fine Art. His work can be found in the Public Library of Woodshole, Massachusetts.
