Phoebe Donovan was one of art dealer Victor Waddington's stable of artists,
showing there regularly in both group and solo shows. She exhibited
widely in Dublin with the Royal Hibernian Academy and the Watercolor Society of Ireland, the Oireachtas (National Irish Parliament) exhibitions,
and annually from 1960-1968 with the Dublin Painters group.
She
is represented in the National Self-Portrait Collection in Limerick,
and a gallery attached to her family home 'Ballymore' in Camolin,
