The following text was submitted in July of 2006 by Gary Cobb: Born in the United States as Phillip Fields, Robert De Chatelenne received his formal training at the Academie De La Grande Chaumiere in Paris. While attending the Academie he was also influenced towards his highly impressionist style by the world renowned artist, Edouard Cortes.
His works have exhibited in Paris and London as well as the United States.
His paintings are highly impressionist, in a loose styl (showing 500 of 903 characters). |
