| American realist, Stephen Dolmatch was born in 1956. Working primarily in gouache and watercolor, he focuses on the urban and industrial landscape. The work is representational and shares with some photography the sense that his subjects are found objectsunremarkable in themselves but rich with beauty and expressive force when appreciated with a distinctive abstract vision.
