| Walter Dusenbery was born in Alameda, CA on September 21, 1939. Dusenbery studied at the San Francisco Art Institute and earned his MFA at the California College of Arts and Crafts. Since then he has taught at the University of California and Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. His large-scale public sculptures tend to blend sculpture and architecture. He currently has a studio and home in Fly Creek, New York.
Works held: Metropolitan Museum; Guggenheim Museum; San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
