Wilson DeMeza, 1857-1893, was born in Tarrytown, New York and died in
Lakewood, New Jersey. He studied Civil Engineering and Law prior
to beginning his life as an Artist .
He studied at Lehigh before moving to New York City where he became an Illustrator for Life and Cosmopolitan Magazines, for children's books, and a Portrait and Impressionist Painter.
In 1883 he travelled to Paris, and in 1885, he exhibited in the "Salon".
