Adrianus Eversen (1818 - Amsterdam, Netherlands - 1897 - Delft, Netherlands)
The artist was born in Amsterdam on 13 January, 1818. He studied painting under Cornelis de Kruyff and became one of Holland’s most accomplished painters of town views. His contemporary and fellow student, Cornelis Springer, was an acknowledged master of the townscape of this period as well.
??Eversen lived and worked in Amsterdam, exhibiting there between 1840 and 1885. He also exhibite (showing 500 of 2206 characters). |
