| Anthony Emmolo was born June 10, 1963 in New York City and began his formal art education at The School of Visual Arts in New York City in 1985. He graduated in 1988 with a BFA. During his time at S. V.A., the artist sketched the streets of New York. Homeless people, late night waiters and waitresses, and prostitutes were his themes. One month after graduation he made what he had planned to be a 1-4 month trip to Taiwan, in the end the trip lasted 6 years. In that time he built upon his s (showing 500 of 2019 characters). |
