Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 7, 1913. Elliott entered the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 1931 for a four-year course of study and continued his art studies in Europe.
In 1936 he moved to Los Angeles where he exhibited in local shows and was an animator for Disney Studios for six years. During WWII he served in the U.S. Navy, producing and directing training films.
In 1949 he left Los Angeles and established a studio in Paris and in 1957 settled (showing 500 of 806 characters). |
