The following biography, submitted February 2010, is from Lisa Ericson, daughter of the artist.
My father, Dick Ericson, was born on Staten Island, New York on April 12, 1916. He died at the age of 72 in Roxbury, CT on December 14, 1988.
In addition to cartooning and illustration, Dick Ericson also did advertising and book illustration. For example, he illustrated Bob Beattie's My Ten Secrets of Skiing and other books on sports. He was publi (showing 500 of 1241 characters). |
