| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 30, 1883. Elizabeth Ferrea studied at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute in 1900-04. She married Frederick Ehat in 1914 and remained a lifelong resident of her native city. She taught clay modeling there at Mission and Polytechnic high schools as well as at the CCAC (1912-22). Her work includes painted plaster bas reliefs which are amply illustrated in the book, Tony's White Room (Paul Elder Co., 1911). Mrs. Ehat died of diphtheria on Nov. 13, 1925.
