A native of New York City, she studied at the National Academy of Design and the Art Students League, as well as the California College of Arts and Crafts, where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree. Group Exhibitions: Everhardt Museum, Scranton, Pennsylvania; Frye Art Museum, Seattle, Washington; Butler Institute, Youngstown, Ohio; National Academy of Design, New York City; National Pastel Society of America, and others.
She is the recipient of many awards, including the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Award, the Edward Mooney Traveling Scholarship Award, and the John Young Hunter Memorial Award.
Eagle teaches at the National Academy and the Art Students League in New York City.
