| | Born in Copenhagen, Denmark on July 7, 1892. Ellersieck moved to Los Angeles in 1926. After 20 years there, she built a cottage in Laguna Beach where she remained. She died at her son’s home in Altadena, CA on April 28, 1982. Working in oil, she produced still lifes, landscapes, and a few family portraits.
