| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Dec. 28, 1904. Eidenmuller was a self-taught artist. During the late 1920s and 1930s he painted landscapes, still lifes, and murals in local restaurants. He also taught art classes for the Federal Art Project. Following WWII he abandoned art and opened the Bonanza Inn Bookshop in the Palace Hotel which he operated for 30 years. A lifelong resident of his native city, he died on Sept. 2, 1976.
