Portrait painter, animator. Born in Des Moines, Iowa on February 5, 1906. Eshbaugh studied at the Boston Museum. He was a resident of Los Angeles in 1927-33 and a director-producer of several animated short films. He died in New York City on July 4, 1969. | Source:
