| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 29, 1916. Fazio majored in art at San Francisco Jr. College. During the Depression he established a commercial art business with artist Hugh M. Johnson. In 1946 he closed the office to do cabinetry and antiques restoration. A lifelong resident of his native city, he died on Oct. 14, 1968. | Source:
