The following information was submitted in October of 2006 by Tony Scott: A Glendale, California resident and sculptor, Foerster was commissioned by
the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra to sculpt a bust of Beethoven in
honor of William Clark, founder of the Orchestra. The sculpture is located
in the Public Art Division of Cultural Arts Department. Foerster suggested
the idea of an astronomical monument be erected and he, along with a handful
of other sculptors designed and c (showing 500 of 1158 characters). |
