|  Charles Frazier was born in Moris, Oklahoma in 1930. Frazier lived in Los Angeles in the 1950s and 1960s. He studied there at Chouinard Art Institute.
Exhibited: Los Angeles County Museum of Art, 1954, 1957, 1961; California Palace of Legion of Honor, 1957, 1959, 1960; Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art, 1960; Pasadena Museum, 1960-62; many others.
