| | Born in Michigan on July 18, 1890. Forncrook came to California in 1906 and shortly thereafter settled in Los Angeles. In 1927 he was working there as a commercial artist; however, following the stock market crash, he appears to have abandoned commercial art. For 18 years he worked as an office engineer for the city of Vernon. He died in Los Angeles on May 16, 1968. | Source:
