A 20th-century illustrator who was a student of N.C. Wyeth and Harvey Dunn, Clark Fay did illustrations for the Saturday Evening Post and Delineator. As a young man, he traveled East from Denver, Colorado to study with Wyeth and Dunn.
In the United States, he lived primarily in Westport, Connecticut, but spent most of his career in London and Paris.
He was an enthusiastic polo player, serving in Connecticut as captain of the Fairfield County Hunt Club of which (showing 500 of 1560 characters). |
