| David Foley was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He received his B.A. from the University of New Orleans and earned his Masters of Fine Art at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Fine art publication author, Suzanne Deats, in her book, Landscapes of New Mexico, describes Foley’s painting technique as “action packed as the finished work of art.” He paints in acrylic using a variety of brushes and painting s (showing 500 of 1141 characters). |
