| | Born in Cloversville, NY on June 14, 1873. Fear moved to California in 1888. He lived in San Francisco prior to the disaster of 1906. He then settled across the bay in Oakland where he worked for many years as a sign painter for the Coca Cola Company. He died in Berkeley, CA on Jan. 10, 1947. | Source:
