| Hattie C. Fisher was born in California in June 1857. Hattie was the wife of William F. Fisher. She was a resident of Napa in 1889, Grass Valley in 1891, and San Francisco from 1893 until the earthquake in 1906. She then moved across the bay to Oakland where she remained until her death on February 2, 1913.
