Born in Cleveland Ohio, Heide Fasnacht is a sculptor whose fascination is capturing in two and three dimensions that which is elusive and lasts only for a brief moment. She works with a variety of media including graphite on paper and styrofoam. Titles of her work include "Exploding Plane," "Big Bang," "Hotel Demolition," and "Little Sneeze."
