Born Pleasant Hill, Wisconsin on May 15, 1882 and died in Kansas, November, 1963, John Fazel was a painter who specialized in flower studies, landscapes, and portraits and also an illustrator, engraver and teacher.
Fazel attended Washburn College in Topeka, and was a student of George Melville Stone and James I. Gilbert. He attended the Kansas City Art Institute and then was the art director for Capper Engraving Co. plus an illustrator and cartoonist for several magaz (showing 500 of 2211 characters). |
