| | Born in Minnesota on Nov. 7, 1886. Having settled in Hayward, CA in 1896, Mrs. Fryckholm remained a resident there for the rest of her life. Using a heavy impasto and often a palette knife, she painted small landscapes with California wild flowers. She died in Hayward on Dec. 20, 1976. | Source:
