| | Born in NYC on March 29, 1904. Fox studied at Cleveland School of Arts and continued in Paris at Académies Julian and Ecole des Beaux Arts. He was a resident of Cleveland in 1940 and Los Angeles in 1947-53. He died in NYC in October 1971.
