| Born In New York on Sept. 22, 1901. Newking studied in NYC with Robert Henri. She was the first wife of artist Lorser Feitelson and came with him to Los Angeles in 1927. The years 1934-36 were spent in Italy. Painting in the neo-classical manner, she was greatly influenced by her husband. She died in Los Angeles on Sept. 2, 1954.
