| | Born in Freeport, IL on Dec. 2, 1886. Fair moved to Berkeley, CA in 1912. He maintained a studio in his home there and later worked in public relations for the U.S. Forest Service. Fair died in Berkeley on Aug. 31, 1953. His work includes bronze animals.
