Born in Baraboo, Wisconsin, Dick Fillhouer started painting in high school at age sixteen and continued painting throughout college as a liberal arts major at the University of Wisconsin. After graduation, he started an auto accessory business in Wisconsin, leaving little time to pursue his interest in fine art.
Eventually, he sold his business and moved to Arizona to start another business venture with his brother. It would be a fortuitous move for him. Now living in a city nation (showing 500 of 1292 characters). |
