The following, submitted May 2005, is from the artist whose studio is in Copalis Beach, Washington:
Robert Feasley was born in Downers Grove, Illinois in 1926 and grew up in California. He attended the University of Oregon where he received a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1951. Important teachers were David Mccosh, who studied at the Chicago Art Institute, which was heavily influenced by the School of Paris. He also studied under Max Beckmann at Mills College in the summer of 1950 and att (showing 500 of 6657 characters). |
