Susan Alice Christina Frazier (1899-1975)
Born in Garrison, New York on April 25, 1899, the daughter of artist Kenneth Frazier and Julia Fish Rogers. She studied at the Art Students League, with Henri, Bellows, and H. Tucker. She also studied in Paris, France. Frazier is known for figurative painting and some of her portrayals of African Women are part of the Brooklyn Museum Collection as well as the Whitney Museum of American Art.
